I had gone for a job interview trip with my college-mates, a few years ago(when I was a fresher). It was a new and exciting experience for me. The venue of the interview was about 3 hours way from my residence.
I woke up at 3 a.m. in the morning and prepared myself for the interview with formal dress and got clean shaved. I reached the bus stand at about 4 a.m. and waited for it. An air conditioned bus arrived around 4.30 a.m. and we started our journey. We were really excited about the questions that could be asked there. I was also a little bit sleepy in the way. We reached the venue at the scheduled time in the fierce cold. The venue was a university campus sprawing in about 2000 sq. metre. We were brought to the placement block where we had to sit in the seminar hall. Some students had also came from other colleges and waiting for the administration to announce the beginning of the test. It was a very nice thing to sit in the company of some brilliant students.
The university staff took us to the computer hall where we had to take an online test. 40 multiple choice questions were to be answered in 60 minutes and honestly speaking; they were quite tough to answer. I completed the test in 45 minutes and then came out. I took some refreshment and then the staff said that you can go home now the shortlisted students will be notified through email. I did not receive any phone call from them, but the trip was somewhat exciting and I had something to learn also.
